Frequently Asked Questions

• Q - Can I make changes to my order?
• A - No changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final. Please double check all spelling on personalized items at time of order.

• Q - Do you offer other items not show on website?
• A - YES! We offer a large variety of items.  If you are looking for something special please contact us.

• Q - What is your turnaround time?
• A - For non-painted (raw) items turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days.  For custom painted items turnaround time is 5-7 weeks. All orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground and will be updated with tracking information when shipped.

• Q - Why does my items look different than the picture?
• A - All items are individually 3D printed and painted so slight variations may occur.

• Q - What do I do if there is an issue with my print?
• A - We strive to send out quality prints but defective prints can happen. If there is an issue with your print please send an email to mustafarmarketplace@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.  After the 7 day window, no exceptions will be made.
